The testing pilot
Kwame is operated by KWAMETECH INNOVATIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These terms explain permitted use of this website and our limited testing pilot. Pilot participation is for adults acting professionally on their own behalf or with authority from their organization. Access depends on availability and the onboarding process. A separate written agreement may set additional terms for your organization.
Test with fictional client information. Features may be unavailable or change during the pilot. A demonstration, successful login or enabled connection does not establish readiness for real borrower data or regulated production use.
Your professional judgment
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify facts, communications, documents and recommended actions before relying on them. Kwame does not replace a licensed professional or determine loan eligibility, creditworthiness, property suitability or housing access. Your organization remains responsible for its professional decisions and required disclosures.
Accounts and permissions
Use your own account, protect authentication credentials and grant colleagues only the access they need. Company administrators manage membership and permissions within their workspace. Report suspected misuse to support. Creating an account does not authorize access to another customer’s workspace.
Connections and approved actions
Connect only systems you are authorized to use. Review the destination and scope before enabling a website, team channel, CRM, Voice Agent or AI Video Agent. Obtain the necessary permissions for communications, personal information and recordings. An approved external action may not be reversible after it starts. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.
Responsible use
Do not use the service for discrimination, deceptive communications, unlawful solicitation or unauthorized access. Do not upload information you have no right to process, evade another service’s access controls, or represent an AI employee as a licensed human professional. Keep human oversight over consequential real estate and mortgage decisions.
Content and privacy
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You must have permission to use it and authorize us and the providers needed for your enabled features to process it to operate, secure and support the service. This permission does not transfer ownership to us. Read our privacy policy for information about data handling and requests. Only fictional client information is permitted during this testing pilot.
Availability, charges and ending participation
This page does not create a paid subscription or automatic renewal. Any paid service requires separate pricing and agreement before charges are authorized. Pilot features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn; no service-level commitment is included. We may restrict access to address misuse or security issues. You may stop testing at any time and contact us to request account closure, data access or deletion, subject to the retention considerations in our privacy policy. We will post updates here and provide additional notice where required. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
