Who this policy covers
Kwame is an AI employee platform for individual real estate and mortgage professionals and their teams. It helps organize inquiries, prepare work and carry out approved actions through enabled connections.
Kwame is operated by KWAMETECH INNOVATIONS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy covers our public website, support communications and enabled pilot features. Hosted accounts and integrations are being connected; a feature described here collects data only when it is available and you use it. An organization using Kwame also determines how it collects and uses its own clients’ information; its notice and agreement with us address those responsibilities. The service is for adult professionals, not children.
Accounts and Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies an account identifier, email address, email verification status and basic profile information, such as your name. Company sign-in may also supply your Workspace domain, authentication time and authentication-method information for access checks.
We use this information to identify your account, check workspace eligibility and protect access. Signing in with Google does not connect Gmail, Drive, Calendar or a CRM. Those services require a separate supported connection and authorization. Google sign-in information is not used to assess a borrower’s creditworthiness or make a housing decision.
When individual email/password accounts are enabled, they use Amazon Cognito for credential handling and email verification. The Kwame workspace also stores membership, session and security information. Passkey private keys and your device’s biometric information are not sent to the application.
Information in your workspace
Depending on enabled features, users may provide contact details, inquiries, conversation text, documents, agent instructions, drafts and approved task results. Technical records include sign-in activity, permissions, timestamps, errors and records of actions. Voice Agent and AI Video Agent sessions require separate setup; recording and transcription practices must be disclosed before those features are activated.
The initial pilot is intended for fictional client records. Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank credentials, credit reports or real borrower documents during this pilot.
Use and service providers
Information is used to provide the selected features, prepare and execute authorized work, support users, investigate errors and protect the service. Workspace information may be available to authorized members according to their permissions. Connected services receive the information needed for the action you authorize.
AWS delivers this website and provides the pilot’s hosting, identity and protected configuration. Neon provides the pilot database, and Google provides optional sign-in and our business email. The application and database deployment target is AWS Ohio in the United States; website delivery uses a global content delivery network. Providers may process service and security information in other locations under their own agreements.
The public website has no AI chat, recording or CRM connection. Before enabling an AI, voice, video or other integration in the hosted pilot, we will identify the relevant provider and data use in the setup disclosures and update this policy where needed. Google sign-in alone does not authorize these integrations.
We do not sell personal information or use Google sign-in information for advertising or training AI models. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Retention and requests
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including operating an active account, responding to a support request, investigating security incidents and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, whether the account or request remains active, and applicable obligations. Backups and protected audit records may remain until their configured retention periods expire; deletion is not necessarily immediate across those systems.
Privacy and support contact: info@kwametechlabs.com. Requests to access, correct or delete information require appropriate identity and authority checks. For a workspace operated by your employer or another business, contact that organization as well. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information. Contact us to exercise these rights or raise a concern; we will assess and respond under the requirements that apply to your request. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we arrange a suitable verification method.
Security and policy changes
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information. No system eliminates every risk. We will post policy updates here with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. This pilot has no SOC 2 attestation.
