Email info@kwametechlabs.com with a short description of the issue, the page you were using and the approximate time it happened. If you include a screenshot, remove client information first.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, API keys or borrower documents.
Signing in
Individual professionals use the personal sign-in options. If your company has invited you, choose company sign-in and use the organization code it provides. Available methods depend on your workspace’s setup. Support cannot bypass MFA or silently replace an enrolled passkey.
Privacy and access requests
Use the same contact address for account or privacy requests. We will need to check your identity and authority before acting. If the information belongs to your employer’s or another business’s workspace, include that organization’s name and contact its administrator as well.
